Hi! I've lived in Cedar City since 2016 and while I love the incredible natural beauty of Southern Utah, I'm a Minnesotan at heart and feel most alive around lakes and rivers. I'm an introvert, I love gardening, reading, road trips, and learning new things. I'm passionate about Human Rights and Social Justice. 

I have a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and love working with individuals who are going through big life transitions. I'm fascinated by how these moments often cause us to take a second look at who we really are and what we really want.
